Hello there! I'm Ivan.

As a seasoned Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I bring over two decades of software development experience to the table. My career has spanned a diverse range of roles including full-stack development, graphic design, marketing, project management, and product ownership.

Over the past 9 years, my focus has shifted towards aiding companies in the implementation of agile methodologies to streamline project delivery and enhance product development. My toolkit includes Scrum, LeSS, Nexus, and Kanban. My approach is one of trial, error, and continuous learning; embracing mistakes as opportunities for growth.

A few highlights of my professional journey include:
- Advocating for the principles of Management 3.0.
- Translating the Scrum scaling frameworks LeSS and Nexus into Russian.

Outside of work, my passions include delving into the latest tech gadgets, soaking up TED talks, video-gaming, cycling, jogging, playing the piano, and immersing myself in the worlds of sci-fi and fantasy, not to mention a love for all superhero things.
